About a month or so ago, I went along with my girlfriend to help her purchase a car at our local CarMax.. While I could probably spend an entire post talking about the reasons for and against choosing CarMax to purchase a used car, overall, I have to say that the buying experience at CarMax was a rather positive one.

They had the car I wanted and when I asked about the price they informed me that thier first and last price was X dollars and regardless of how long it’s been on the lot, or what my mechanic finds it needs or anything else at all, the price is the price and don’t bother coming here to buy a car for lower than that price.
I agree, Kyle but half of the people out there aren’t as die hard car fans as some of us are. Most think that once they get their dream car that the spending stops- what they don’t know is the amount of money it cost to maintain the thing.
